help! i'm trying to remember the name of a tv show from the 80's,it was a cartoon robot thingy with a tv screen face and the evil one kept saying evil ok! evil ok! can you help me purleezzzeee!

I told my dad what you were describing and he thinks it may be Will O the wisp, and the tv screen you were on about was a charcter called Evil Edna. hope i helped
