Nipper books?

Can anyone remember a range of books called Nipper books?

I have little to go on other than my dad mentioning how he remembered me coming in from primary school and saying I'd been reading Nipper books. I have no memory of the books themselves but do remember pretending that my Ladybird books were Nipper books, so I am assuming they did actually exist!

Somebody please put me out of my misery!

you can still buy them.........i have bought a boxed set for my grand daughter...........i work with a teacher who keeps the full set on her bookcase in the classroom.......the children love to read them

We had ones at primary that were biff, kipper and chips. My son was also still bringing these home as recent as three or four years ago. The magic key began to glow :p
