My brother tells me it what they call Patchouli Oil around here(Stafforshire), perhaps rockers thought the word Patchouli was a bit "flowery" not very rock and roll, but he has no idea why they called it frib juice, a search on google tells me Frib in the urban dictionary means "wow", "cool" and "great" other than this I have no idea!:o
