I think most actors prefer the stage. But he did have a bit of an ego problem back then, and he could have driven many producers away. He did that SAS film as well didn't he - he looked so "wooden".

He now lives in america with his wife and three sons, he has his own pilots licence and also has his own computer business and still act now and again.

He told me he was mates with Lewis Collins, he now lived in the USA and was expecting a visit from him in the near future.
