I noticed it didn`t have Commando on  Used to have the same joystick on my C64 but mine was yellow instead of red. Killed my thumbs using it lol then upgrade to the quickshot turbo joystick.

I've had one of those for a few years now, it's based on the Competition Pro joystick which was one of the first "microswitch" joysticks.

Yes, it has my all time fave C64 game on - Paradroid, which can also be downloaded from the Wii marketplace if you have one of nintendo's consoles. Although the Wii emulation is not as good as the PnP one due to the collision detection being slightly off.

The UK release of those joysticks were very sought after (I thought they'd ceased production) as they had a specific chipset in which actually allowed you to modify it to turn it into a fully working mini C64 allowing you to run other C64 games on it.

Mine gets used a lot. But then again i am a C64 freak! :D

I read about that recently too. Someone has managed (oh please don't be a mock up) to make a very portable C64 - think Gameboy Advance SP.

I was thinking of getting one of these, but they stopped selling them new at Amazon before I made up my mind, I might get one 2nd hand if I can find one at a decent price.

I bought one but never got round to opening it up. And then I gave it away! Wish I hadn't now.

Excellent! I never had a C64, but will give this a bash.
I see it comes with eight games, but more can be downloaded in app at 59p. They have both Paradroid and my fave, Nebulus :)
