RIP Reg Varney who died today age 92.
Best known for his starring role in the TV series On The Buses.
:(
Bless him! He's one of the few people in this life that can claim to have made folk laugh and by that made the world a better place !
Who can forget him and his 'sister' Olive and of course Inspector Blake - better known as Blakey - 'I'll get you Butla !!! '

He was getting on for 50 yrs old when he was actually playing a 30-something year old in the series.....Olive from the series (plays Aunt Sal in Eastenders now) was on radio FiveLive the other day... she didn't know his true age either; even now she thought he was only in his early eighties!
When ever i need cheering up i stick on one off my ON THE BUSES dvd,s and its not long before i have a smile back on my face.
Thanks REG for makeing me smile:)
