I'm racking my brains to get the name of this artist. I can't post a picture as I can't Google her name but she used to do sentimental pictures all based around love/romance. The pictures were mainly of children with big doughy eyes in their oversized heads - very, very cute. There was a victorian feel about them as well.
All I know is, it wasn't Mabel Lucie Attwell who was far too early.
Any ideas??

I did actually do a good old image search yesterday, I can see where you were coming from.

i was looking through an 1982 kays catalogue and saw loads of her stuff!

Cant remember her but it all looks lovely stuff.

1982 would be spot on as that was the year I met my wife and cards were flying backwards and forward.
You're right! She disappeared as soon as she arrived.
