Vaguely familiar but can't place it, sorry. Very 80s hairstyles tho - your man is the bit of Frank McAvennie ( West Ham )...

It may have been an unknown promo from a band that didnt make it.

Shazam did not recognise the songI agree, I lived in Germany in the 70s and 80s and german tv was full of these types of bands, all pose, no content.
