Wow... it's hard to believe that Stevie is 60 this year but at the same time it seems he has always been around too, kind of omnipresent!! ;) Growing up Stevie was a huge influence on me and of course millions of people around the world. I'm definitely going to see him at Glastonbury this year...

Can anybody remember the 70's bubblegum pop group Beano? they had a minor hit " candy baby ". I have that single, but have had no luck finding out anymore about the band. Put Beano into any search engine and.... well you can guess what comes up

a band called Jameson Raid? possibly around 1978/1980 ish? They didnt have a hit ,or a chart position , They hailed from Brum I think ,and were a heavy music outfit . we saw them a few times (and bought the single they sold at gigs) Oh happy days and good times!
