Hammer House of Horror

Does anyone remember one episode of Hammer House of Horror where there are about 7 people all in a room telling the tale of how they died? I think at the end it was then revealed they were all in hell. I remember one guy was murdered by his wife, and she chopped him up and put all his bits in jars in the basement. Another one was something to do with a snake charmer, and a woman climbing a snake that came out of a basket.

can remember one episode at a kids birthday party where a water pipe broke which sprayed blood over everyone, or was this another show called murder,mystery and suspense?

No, that's Hammer House of Horror and that episode was called 'The House that Bled to Death', great!

It sounds like you're thinking of a British horror film, (made by Amicus not Hammer), called "The Vault of Horror", based on stories from the old American horror comic of the same name, which was a sister title to "Tales From The Crypt".

Blimey, i still remenber that.

It was all down to the Dad, as he wanted to write a book about it!

The Dad was quite a popular actor, remember his name, but can visualise him, was he 'hazel'???
