Kids tv series
I think it was back in the 90s....all i remember is it was about a young boy and he fell out of a tree and ended up in a coma, and in his...i dunno...subconcious, it was like he was in a diffrent world and the only way back to his world, as it were, was to find a tower....s'all i remember.
If anyone has any idea what im going on about then please post, cus its kinda bugging me since it popped into my head a few days ago. Ta muchly

This might help ring some bells, there are pictures in this link, even one of the "Tower".
