    Default Polystyrene Flying Toy

Me and my sister had this toy on one summer holiday. Ithink late 70's or early 80's.

It was made of polystyrene, had a central section with two cylinders either side with blades in them that revolved. As i remember it flew really well like a kite tethered on s string.

It was all white but you could paint it I think.

It think it might have been called something like Rotablade.

    Any idea?
Laugh and the world laughs with you.
But do it all the time and they will lock you away.

    Hi... new here.

Yes Morcar - I remember my friend and I both bought one of these things which we coloured with felt-tipped pens. Must have been '78/'79 ish? No idea what it was called, but it's nice to know that someone else can remember them.
