Early 90's tv

I have been searching for the title of a tv programme that was on back in the early 90's.

I can't remember too much but here's what I can; It was about a group of girls and I think it was set in the 50/60's. They were from a boarding school or at least one of them was, and they used to all meet up. There was a bloke in it who was a bad boy teddy boy (kind of like the fonz lol). There was lots of jive music etc etc.

I've just found another one I been looking for which was lipstick on your collar, so it's kind of around the same time.

Any suggestions is helpful pleaseeeeeee
