gangster film - WHAT'S ITS TITLE?

Set in 1970's or 1980's London, the film centres around three likely lads collecting protection money for the local crime boss. The main character ( one of the three ) has a prostitute girlfriend living on the coast. The crime boss does something to her which upsets our hero who steals a bag full of protection money to give to the prostitue to make amends for her ordeal. In the meantime, his two former pals are told by the crime lord to kill him. They track him down to coastal resort and fight on the beach. During the fight someone gets a hand severed. Our man kills his former colleagues and hides in a changing room on the beach. He is tracked down by the crime boss who he kills in the changing room and walks off into the sunset.

Cannot find any reference to this film anywhere and it seems I'm the only person who ever saw it.

So too is Julius: he hires Leo to kill Gloria, Julius's wife. Leo does it, but then Julius shows up with the murder on tape, saying Gloria isn't his wife - it's blackmail. Leo's bookie, Troy, is also closing in, wanting to be paid. Bruno and Lily as well as Bruno and Julius have their own scams running, and Leo is their target. Maybe Leo can get Troy off his back, avoid Moose (Bruno's huge enforcer), send Gloria's corpse out of England, turn the tables on Bruno's murderous brother Caspar, and outfox Lily. George, after getting out of prison, begins looking for a job, but his time in prison has reduced his stature in the criminal underworld. The only job he can find is to be a driver for Simone, a beautiful high-priced call girl, with whom he forms an at first grudging, and then real affection. Only Simone's playing a dangerous game, and when George agrees to help her, they both end up in a huge amount of trouble with Mortwell, the local kingpin.
