Strange Sci-fi film

Ok not sure what era from it`s from but might be 80`s. All I can remember was there was a computer that inpregnanted this woman and then the child was born at the end of the film and the child said "I`m alive" Think the child came from an egg or something but not sure.

That's Demon Seed with Julie Christie. Funny to think it came out in the same year as Star Wars and how much that film changed everything. You don't seem to get sci-fi films like that much nowadays.
