for this Xmas bought my mum & dad a 2-film DVD of Old Mother Riley
I love the old Ealing capers
I esp love Will Hay films..Ask a Policeman etc
This is just about my fav clip:
YouTube - Will Hay "Ask A Policeman"
I love the old British Comedy films from the fifties and early sixties, the Ealing comedies plus the Carry On films as well.
Always liked the old original St Trinians films wiv George Cole as Flash Harry.
Classic lines such as the eunuchs being 'completely cut off in the desert'
( Dunno if I spelled the eun.... word right )

"Every time you break wind in public, God kills a kitten"
loved the St Trinians films (bit un-PC these days!) and the Carry on films - favourites: Up the Kyber and The Black Fingernail - does anyone remember the "Doctor" films? Dirk Bogart wasn't it? And that big fella - what was his name?

One mans trash is another mans treasure !
I bought double bill pink panther films from a charity shop for my son and I to veiw, still very watchable. I still find myself watching carry on films when they come on, (most of them)
Me too.
