My Dog Has Fleas - how do we play??

Hi , I just got this game from the local charity shop and there are no instructions! Does anyone know how to play please?

Starting with the youngest player, each player takes it in turns to put one of their plastic fleas on the dog's back and then turn the tail once.

If a flea jumps off, (s)he must take it back, plus any other fleas that also jump off, regardless of the fleas' colour.

The winner is the first person to get rid of all their fleas and not have any jump off after turning the dog's tail.
