Its been driving me mad all day
I recognise it but cant remember the series name, I'll keep thinking.
Can anyone remember the horror tv series in the 1970s with the opening titles featuring an egg which opens to reveal a flower that bursts into flames and several doors opening one after another?
Its been driving me mad for years!!!

Supernatural?
I remember a series called that in the seventies ( one I never watched) and the book had a cover with a weird egg so maybe that one
"Every time you break wind in public, God kills a kitten"
Sorry
the book I was thinking about was called Supernature - not Supernatural so maybe a bad guess

I had thought of Supernatural but when I checked it on Youtube it wasn't that.

Doesn't it drive you mental!
I really appreciate the input guys.
Cheers!
The burning egg is from the titles of the fourth series of "Out of the Unknown" from, I think, 1970. The previous series had been more science fiction based, but series four dealt more with psychological horror.
