    My memory of this series is linked to my Dad who was projects' manager on the building of London Weekend Television on the South Bank in the 70s. I remember that when new shows were being made, he would bring back the publicity material. There was a colourful glossy brochure of 'Love for Lydia' with pictures of all the stars. Wish I still had it.

      Think I was about 15 when this was on telly and had quite a crush on Sherrie Hewson, who was the girl the hero never seemed to notice.
      Still crazy after all these years.
