Can't figure it out for the life of me

i'm trying to remember this toy i had back in the day (early 90's haha)

but it was a fish tank that you filled with gel and placed plastic fish in it with tweezers and there were also other things like treasure chests and scuba divers

and you could also add blood trails and air bubbles with this eye droper thing

but the point was you create a suspended animation aquatic scene

help name it please
