I'm 41 Darren, wish I was only 22(...The number 2222 seems to follow me and my hubbie around, it's a long story, that's why I picked the number). I remember Kenny well...when Cleo was on Celebrity Big Brother, she spoke about him a lot...she was near tears talking about him, she clearly misses him still.
I loved lots of his sketches, the DIY man, Spiderman (bursting for a pee and not being able to find a zip to relieve himself)....the Marcel Marceau character...remember the one where he drew a nudey woman, he groped her boob and she slapped him. Ah..great show 'The Kenny something television show!'

                    Re: Kenny everett.

We always watched Kenny Everett and I thought he was great! Obviously all of the adult humour went right over my head but his comedy was also very visual and zany which was great for a little kid like me.

                      no probs ann.
yes a genius and and his colleagues always had a good word for him.
he did adult stuff but not in a smutty way.
always an element of comedy about it.

I met Kenny whilst working in a gay bar in Earl's Court, London, summer 1990. He was very friendly, with no attitude, and took the **** outa ma Scottish accent!

did u get him to sign anything mate.
this must be a memory that sticks in your mind mate.
thing was his comedy never went to far everything was tongue in cheek.
if he where around now he would still be as good making people laugh.

My faves were Brother Lee Love, The American General ("We're gonna round em up, put em in a field and bomb the b*****ds") and Angry of Mayfair.
