If I was to make a supergroup it'd have about 20 people in it. Old music rocks. A lot harder than the rubbish most of the band pince out today.

        Hmmm, this got me thinking.

        Sadly, many of my choices are now jamming in the great gig in the sky, but here goes;

        Lead vocals: David Byron

Supporting female vocals: Nico and Hazel O'Connor

Twin lead guitarists: Randy Rhoads and Jimmy Hendrix

        Bass: Trevor Bolder

        Keyboards: Keith Emerson

        Drums: Carl Palmer

        Flute: Ian Anderson

        Saxophone: Wesley Mcgoogan

... and music and lyrics composed by Roy Harper!

Re: who would be in your supergroup

Some excellent choices so far. As another old rocker my choices are

          Lead vocal Ronnie James Dio
          Lead Guitar Gary Moore
          Bass John Entwhistle
          Drums John Bonham

What a great band that would be, unfortunately all of them are now dead. A real sad loss

Hehe....rise of the old rockers! Love it!
            Let's see...
Vocals: Freddie Mercury, Janis Joplin, a younger Meatloaf and maybe Chad Kroeger for the growlier moments.
Lead guitar: Brian May, Gary Moore, Jimi Hendrix, Mark Knopfler, Slash and James Hetfield...ahem...it'd be a guitar-heavy band, alright?!
Bass: Glenn Hughes, Geezer Butler, Geddy Lee.
            Drums: Cozy Powell, Rick Allen.
Keyboards: Kirsty Newton, John Lennon (yes, really), and Jerry Lee Lewis. Bonus banana for you if you know who Kirsty Newton is ;o)
Songwriting duties: Leonard Cohen, Jim Steineman, Bob Walkenhorst...another bonus banana if you know who HE is...

Gosh with a group that big, it would be better to have the audience on the stage and the group where the audience ought to be!!
