  • Toy help required

Hello all, I'm new round these parts.

A mate of mine has found one of these beauts in his mams loft, I had one, but for the life of me I can't remember what he was called or what set he came from. He had a button on his back so he could do his 'death chop'.

    Any ideas?

    Ta.

What sort of year? any other description? lots of figures could chop
I had a figure in the early 70's called Mark Strong (made by Mattel), he was called Big Jim in other countries, but he was better than Action Man as he could chop if you press his back and his rubber arm muscles would actually flex too..cool
Dunno if a picture was posted above as I'm at work and can't see images on here:cry:
I'm assuming the OP is my age (old)
Matchbox "Fighting Furies" range also had a chopping action.

EDIT. Looked at image on my mobile phone internet..
it is indeed a "Fighting Furie" made by Matchbox around 1973/4/5 ish..

Daz you are a god amongst men.

Thank you kindly, my head was thoroughly done in trying to think of it.

I has the guy with the wooden leg too, a 'secret' map in his leg.

      Class.

      Thanks again.

      DAZ, I'm 36 BTW.
