Retro music in some adverts

Last few week there's been an advert or two for Fair and Square finance ( whatever that's all about) ,one is six or so white lines in parallel writhing about on the screen and the other is loads of black dots forming down into blocks

They both reminiscent of 1960's PIF and the music definitely is taken from them

Anyone any idea what the originals were ?

I think may have been about litter or possibly travelling on motorways
