  • film where people flew?

Just saw a seagull dropping the business on somebodys car and a film popped into my head. . . .

It was a comedy ( eighties ?) , and in one scene there was a couple sitting talking on a park bench, in the background you could see a large statue of a pigeon - as the couple continued chatting a flock of flying people appeared and started dumping all over this pigeon statue.

    Anyone help in identifying this?

The above link actually shows a clip of the pigeon (about 1 minute in)

A highly underrated film in my opinion. Has some absolutely hilarious stuff. A favourite moment is Peter Cushing as the librarian looking through a magnifying glass only to take it away and still have the big eye. Brilliant.

Didnt the Python team do a sketch similar to this?
