  • Name of chinese themed board game?

This is driving me crazy, it was a board game i used to have in the late 80's or early 90's. It was green/jade in colour and was a mystery game involving funny chinese names like Mr Soap Eee was the laundry man.
Can anyone help with its name or where i could get one please?

Odd, the boardgamegeek shows chinese or east asian children playing the game but the game itself seems horribly racist to me with these stereotypical funny chinese names.
