Not Double Agents

Mid-late 70's. Boiled sweets. Inside tube wrapper were codes that had to be decoded. At first I thought they were Trebor " Double Agents" but having found those on a dedicated website, I don't think it's those. Anyone know the sweets to which I am referring?

Not 100% on this one, but were'nt there Secret agents too?

Theres mention of Secret agents here and the fact they had a code on them

Having no joy on Secret Agents. I have to agree with Heather though - Double Agents meant nothing to me until I saw the spy character (how did they not get sued by Spy vs Spy?) http://www.leedberg.com/mad/spies/spies.html
