Choccy sweets, been doing my head in for years now!!

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to remember the name of a tube of sweets i used to get as a kid, they were round shiny chocolates in a cream coloured wrapper (I think).

I seem to remember they were from another confectioner then the usual nestle, cad's etc...

They might have been german or something, but they had a very unusual chocolate flavour, and were shaped a bit like hollowed out rolo's, but thicker and shiny.

Please, please, please help, this has been winding me up for the last 15 years!

Could you be referring to Marabou?
IIRC they used to be sold in (sniff) Woolworths for 99p.
