1970's comedy song about detectives on telly

I got a very faint memory of this - think it was on TOTP -some guy dressed up as different telly 'tecs and sang about them , such as Kojak and Hawaii 5-0

One bit I recall was him dressed in a fat suit as Cannon and arguing with Columbo.

"Columbo don't you call me fatty - I'm an expert in karate"

Ring any bells with anyone?
