            Re: RIP Felix Bowness

My folks went to watch a BBC game show in the late seventies and Felix Bowness was the warm-up man - my dad said he was hilarious and has said the same every time he popped up on Hi-De-Hi. Apparently he was something of an expert in this field (Felix Bowness, not my dad).

Paul, in my late teens, ('78 to '81), my friends mother organised coach trips to watch sit-coms being recorded and I also recall Felix as the warm-up man.

He had everyone in total hysterics and was often funnier than the sit-coms themselves!
