I think they wanted to move to a more adult sound, but the record company wanted to keep them recording children's songs like 'C'est La Vie' and 'Rollercoaster'. 'To You I Belong' was really good, and 'Blame It On THe Weatherman', but they were edging into Corrs territory, so I suppose it was difficult for them to evolve in the way they wanted.

Linsey looked nice but when she got up close she had a bit of a dark moustache.

I though they were OK, certainly one of the better girl bands to be signed up after the Spice Girls hit the big time.

I got a CD single of Rollercoaster in a secret santa & still have it.

The twin sisters of Boyzone's Shane Lynch made up 50% of them, did Louis Walsh have anything to do with them?

I saw them live in Birmingham. They put on a good show. They had half a dozen support acts on with them including Daphne & Celeste (U-G-L-Y you aint got no alibi, you ugly) and Scooch (long before they were "Flying The Flag"). That was one of the longest nights of my life.

B*witched had some awful lyrics, but their tunes were catchy and Keavy/Edel (I forget who was lead) had a distinctive voice. They were dropped far too soon. Just the other day, I finally heard (on youtube) what was meant to be their last single - and really like it !

Goodness Gracious Me did a very good spoof of C'est Le Vie.

The music industry seemed to focus on female soloists just as B*witched were hitting thier peak, & by the next time girl bands were in fashion they were no longer around.

Harry Enfield did a very funny spoof of them- didn't know they were Irish though, thought that they were Yanks.

I was watching 'The Big Reunion' on ITV2 the other night and B*Witched were featured on there.

As has already been mentioned their record label drooped them rather suddenly and they dissappeared without trace.........up until a couple of years ago Keavy was doing some sort of wedding singing, but I believe the twin sisters have now formed another group.
