          He was 83. I remember him in Happy Days. Great Show.

              I watched them both. Actors dying is always sad. Faces we grew up to but they live on in the work they leave behind. R.I.P.

                I loved him in Happy Days. I wanted my Dad to be like him! He was good in Murder She Wrote too.

                  no ones mentioned father dowling which was allways a great escape for me from last of the summer wine or antiques road show on sunday teatime a few years ago
