  • whirly wheelers?

did anyone else have the game, whirly wheelers? It had 4 cyclists who had magnets underneath and when it was switched on they would race each other round the track. I loved it! I once found one on e-bay and couldn't believe it because it wasn't an overly popular game of the 70's as far as i know. The simplicity of it was fantastic! I'd love a game of it now!

I used to have this game. Definitely called Whirly Wheelers. It was on an oval track which had a piece of card attached to one side showing cartoon faces in a crowd. The cyclists actually pedalled and there was a particular position on the starting grid that always won the race. Think I've still got it stored in the attic back it my mums house. Great fun !!
