Illustrated History of the Violent Century

Does anybody remember these books? They were a series of paperbacks, mainly about World War II but they also covered World War I and other aspects of 20th century history. They were published in the early '70s by Marshall Cavendish in the UK and by Ballantine Books in the US. I remember these books were usually found at the drugstores back then.
