I used to have a book that was (I think) a compendium of different stories. One story I distinctly remember is about a boy that goes on a quest of some kind and at the end there is a huge monster and the boy has to kill the monster by jumping off a ledge and plunging his sword into the monster's heart. Anyone know what i'm on about? lol.
