This book must have come out after 85 as I remember having to read it in a few english lessons at secondary school. The plot line is a teenager I think stole a motobike one night and ended up running over an elderly lady and the book basically tells of how he`s worried about the police finding out. I think the cover had a picture of the boy riding the bike but not sure about that.
