Anyone familiar with the area around Preston, Blackburn, Wigan etc?
My OHs been offered a job more or less in the middle of them and we're trying to decide where to live. We're in Leeds at the mo but I'm a North East girl.
His new employees have sent us some info and we've signed up with this lot http://www.bridgfords.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Fulwood/48 but I don't really now how house prices compare around there. Neither of us mind driving but wouldn't want to be stuck in traffic and I don't think there are many trains around there?
As you can see, I'm clueless and we need to make big decisions soon.
