Essentially just a gimmicky piece of costume branded by the 70s TV show 'Emergency!'. The Emergency Station 51 was pined after by many a kid dreaming of becoming a bonafide County Fire Dept crew member. The hat itself was pretty flimsy and easily dented or torn.
