My sister used to live on the stuff! I hated Rosehip Syrup, so I can't actually remember that much about it, except it was red and very syrupy. The bottle was a lovely shape, though, and I think it may have been brown glass. The logo was green and red perhaps? Rosehip Syrup has always been thought to keep nasty winter colds at bay, because of all the vitamin C it contains. It resembles medicine, but was often diluted with hot water to create a soothing tropical drink for kids that tasted in parts like mango. I've heard some people even put it on their ice cream instead of raspberry sauce or maple syrup and even in their rice pudding!Haven't seen it for nigh on 30 years now, but maybe it is still available in health-food shops.
