This was a kids' drama from the BBC in 1980, starring Sarah Greene of Blue Peter and later Ghos****ch and Going Live! fame. It involved a large Edwardian family who wanted to establish their own theatre group to compete with the rather stuck-up old ladies who ran their own greek-tragedy group. It was a trifle twee, but very watchable, particularly the performances by the young actors/actresses, some of whom went onto bigger and better things. The old dears re-enacting Greek Tragedies were absolutely classic!
