This was a band that were mostly around in the early 1980'sThey weren't exactly megastars, though they released a song called 'Festival' in December '82 which I've been trying to get old of everywhere ever since. Gary Davies promoted the song on his late-night Radio 1 slot, and adapted part of it for use as one of his jingles later.
