search for a 70's song

Hi all,
I am new here. I have a 70s song (I think) in mp3 (not the best quality) for which I search the singer & title.
How can I do this pls ? Anybody who can help me pls ?

Either download the Shazam app and play the mp3 to it, it may recognise it or upload the mp3 to something like soundcloud , post the link here and enquire for members to identify
