I don't have much to work with but I think it went as follows.
Mid 80s toy. It was an ambulance "car" in so far as it wasn't a "boxy" ambulance that most of us are familiar with. Think "ectomobile" from ghostbusters but not that 60's style. More of an 80's American hearse style. It had a back door that opened but instead off being able to put your fingers/hands inside the car there was a solid wall with typical ambulance "items" drawn in a sort of cartoon sticker on a wall.
It might have had active siren lights and I think it had some sort of "fifth wheel" under the center of the car. The wheel pivoted on a sort of "quarter circle" arc to turn the car.
It was just a generic sort of toy, didn't belong to any range or brand. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
