I remember seeing a film on TV in the 80s that I remember one scene from:
It looked like quite an old movie at least by today's standards, in colour but very grainy shooting, so it looked like early 70s. The one scene I remember had a group of people- I think all men- standing above ground on some paving slabs when suddenly the paving slab below one man- an old man, I think wearing a hat- gave way, and the man was sucked screaming into the ground, and the camera then followed him as he was sucked by an invisible force through an underground tunnel of some sort. The scene then cut back to the other men back above ground.
I assume this was a film although it could possibly have been an episode of a TV show. Anyone familiar with this???
