Because originals are always the best.These days I would refuse to watch anything that is a make up of a classic original

Def true in the majority of cases but the exception for me would be the recent remakes of the Disney classics with the use of CGI, they really are staggeringly good

Amazing how our tastes change when we get older and the years go past!

I'm a bit stuck in my ways, i know what i like and nobody will convince me that newer movies are better than old ones, that modern music is better than 60s/70s or that curry is better than fish n chips

Saw it as a kid and thought... wow wot a brilliant movie...
saw it a few years ago and thought ..... wot a load of junk !

I went to see it when it was a new release in 1960 when I was 13. A fantastic CinemaScope picture. I thought it was marvellous at the time.
