Please help with title.

Im having trouble remembering the title to an old 70's movie. I can only remember there were 3 tales. I can only remember 2 of them. One was about a practical joke that went wrong and the boys mom is a witch and she curses the teens who killed her son, she says something like "three times three make them see". The other tale is about a hole in the ground, and its supposed to be in like mississippi or missouri, and this kids dog goes down the hole, so they put a guy down the hole on a rope and he comes up mad and his eyes are all crazy. It scared me as a kid. Id love to see it again, any help would be appreciated !!!
