The Griffin Pirate books by Sheila McCullagh. Recall reading them at Primary School

I watched all the episodes about 4 years ago. I cannot recall the scene....

Interestingly, I have the complete collection. The series started in 1973. The script writer Roy Clarke was approached by a BBC producer who said to him "can you make a series about three old men?” The rest is history.
Numerous cast members died during the series....

I recall in my younger days the packaging for the Fillet O Fish use to state 'made from 100% cod. That is not the case now. Still, nice though...

Sad to here about the bullying. A nice letter addressed to the headteacher saying something in the lines of 'if the bullying does not stop then my child will beat the hell out of the bully.' Believe me, action would be taken instantly....
