Well it is'nt too far off now tbh George and same for knowing yet again we'll not win ... though you can never say never as I think we would have won it with Sam Ryder the year Ukraine won it - which was made perfect logic with everyone voting for them to win given the invasion by Russia. I must say...

  • That is like why when he had such lessons we did ours thin - but dea midgy short like 3 stripes long lol

The un-wanted extra of this being you had miles and yards and yards of the proper side to tuck in - which was far far worse if you was Nutmegged than long thin with just a chunky...

  • A this week is the 4th episode and week (unless you are bing watchng) what do people think of this Seriee/

So far I think it is weak (and if it was'nt for Linsey Coulson) it'd be terrible now, but also what I am not keen on (not as it is woke) but they are going more "Issues-lead"...

That is interesting to know, but I don't know if I would just go as a Day Visitor either but we knew when we went on the Tour it was included (though not on that actual day), but it was good to compare it to my last visit 19 years back (or as it was in 2024)...

  • Am I alone in being sad about Neighbours? I know (or feel it's heyday) has long gone but it gave us an outlook on life elsewhere (namely Australia of course) before the Internet became what it is now ... and it was almost a treat too - even say up to the mid 200s (1st half of 2000 to 2010)

  • Up-market with Uniforms Twocky?

I thought uniforms existed as a "level-ler" (or schools try to portray it that way) even like in the USA with Dress Codes or a like here a lot of Dross Schools even have Polo and sweater, even if it's a rank uniform!!...

  • I think this is good summing up here George - but sadly now NI think all years are very very similar - even though different events and things happen, they all seem or appear to seem "much of a muchness" I would say. 2024 was'nt a good for me personally but though we are now on the 3rd Month...

I will Echo this Darren my friend - though of course I was very young at that time of the prgramme, but can still re-collect it fairly well/okay-ish

It seems an age a-go now and is in fact generations back

    RIP Henry Kelly...

  • Whoever has sung "The First Time Ever I saw Your Face" I have never rated the song to be honest, George

I dunno why but I think that is an over-rated Song regardless of who sings it

  • Indeed - I can only echo this

Roberta was very very petite and pretty too. Her face on the Video Peabo was so beautiful, so in line with what singing a great song should be...

Have been twice, 1st in 2005 and then last Summer (which by some shear horror just happened to fall after the weekend of the Middlesbrough and Sunderland Riots up there) and imagining we would be walking into a War Zone like in Irag or Syria or somewhere - but thankfully it was all just about calmed...

  • Neighbours to be axed a 2nd time

So far they have reached nearly 6000 signitures on that Petition Org site - I really really hope Amazon see sense and see that Neighbours is one of Australia's best ever exports along with Kylie, The Seekers and Cell Block H amongst the best 3 probably. Somehow though I fear and dread this time is the...

I don't begrude Israel being in the Eurovision at any point as they seem more European than Middle Eastern I think, and of course like with Football they can not enter a Song Contest in Asia/Middle East because Iran and Iraq would heavily object but half the the European Counties now in it imho are...

    RIP Roberta Flack

Roberta of "Tonight I Celebrate My Love For you" a duet with Pebbo Bryson) and "Killing Me Softly With His song (or her) if it was a male singing has passed away aged 88
