Don't think so Flash, if you put cursor on them it says 'Top of the Pops' so assume they were on normal TV and not the supreme international battle
      - unless they were a Eurovision group appearing on TOTP

Only a guess but it could be Brotherhood of Man

There's one guy in BoM who has a trademark mustache. There are no mustaches in the pic. Definitely not New Seekers either.

                  Re: Who are they?

A workmate been looking and he reckons 'Picketywitch' , I can't find a matching picture online, it seems they were on TOTP in mid 70's as well as the late 60's but with different female singers - no idea if he's right about that.
I do remember some kind of urban myth that one of the girls used to put lots of body paint on to try and pass as black for street cred

I'm not so sure, this is Pickettywitch:

They could well be 'New Pickettywitch' but I can't find any pics of them anywhere ...

Bugger, what was her name? Aysha seems to ring a little bell.

                              Ayesha Brough:

She was also one of the "people in the background that occasionally had a line" in UFO. And she was in the title sequence.

Don't think it's her we're looking for though.
