  • Heath Robinson

I have been trying to track a cartoon drawing done by Heath Robinson. I was able to take a photo from the Tv item some time back on the Antiques Road Show. I have trawled thro' umpteen sites in order to try to get a print of it but without success. Can anybody tell me if there is anywhere that can help me in this? This is the photo I took. Not very good but am an amatuer as you may guess!

Unfortunately the top of this picture is not visible. It shows a man in a hammock which is suspended on those posts above the roof, and there are numerous utensils on smallattachments surrounding him such as a kettle, teapot, umbrella and other things.

It looks to be one (of several, at least) that Heath Robinson did on "Spring cleaning"

Possibly for "How to Run A Communal Home" (1943)?
      Rather outside DYR's normal remit!

They have 345 Heath Robonson humorous prints here:

But on a skim through I didn't spot the one you want, I'm afraid.

        Thanks for your reply.
It is quite frustrating that even art galleries and the like cannot trace it.
